Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday out of Miami, Florida. Please allow 2 to 5 business days to pack and process your order before it ships. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or any national holiday will be processed within the following 2 to 5 business days.
We are not able to update any shipping address after it has been submitted. Please review your information carefully before completing your order. Tracking information is provided for every order. Kismet Society is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders. Priority shipping is available at a flat rate of $20. Both options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
Kismet Society ships to select international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, select European countries and select Latin American countries.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery times by region are as follows:
Canada — 5 to 10 business days Latin America — 7 to 14 business days United Kingdom and Europe — 7 to 14 business days Australia and New Zealand — 10 to 16 business days Singapore and UAE — 10 to 16 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. Kismet Society has no control over customs delays or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please note the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all certificates, tags, and documentation included. Pieces purchased during a seasonal sale are final sale and not eligible for return. Due to the limited edition nature of our pieces, we do not accept exchanges.
International Returns
International orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as Kismet Society cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Any customs duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return please email hello@kismetsociety.com with your order number and reason for return. A return authorization and detailed instructions will be provided within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
