Thank you for shopping with Kismet Society. Each piece in our collection is sourced in small batches or one-of-one quantities, and we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Below is our full shipping policy.

Processing Times

Because we operate on a limited-quantity, small-batch model, please allow:

  • 2–4 business days for order processing

  • 5–7 business days during collection drops or peak seasons

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order.

Standard Shipping:

  • Free standard domestic shipping.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing

Priority Shipping:

  • $20 flat rate for priority shipping.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after processing

Please note: Delivery estimates may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.

Packaging & Sustainability

Your jewelry is shipped in protective packaging designed to minimize waste. We avoid unnecessary packaging to remain aligned with our “less is more” sustainability philosophy.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we will assist where possible.

We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Preorders & Made-to-Order Pieces

Preorder or made-to-order designs have extended timelines. Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at hello@kismetsociety.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
